Hours of work: 48 hours per week, consisting of 12 hour day and night shifts - Day shift 07:00 - 19.00, Night shift 19.00 - 07:00
Salary: £28,000.00 - £35,000.00 per annum
Clearsprings Ready Homes is looking for an additional Welfare Officers to be based at Wethersfield.
As Welfare Officer at Wethersfield, you will be responsible for providing direct advice and safeguarding support to Service Users onsite. You will work to an assigned case load, conducting room inspections, maintaining accurate records and keeping systems up to date whilst adhering to company policies and procedures at all times.
The ideal candidate will have experience of working in a similar role, good communication skills and enjoy working with people.
Wethersfield is a large site, providing temporary, safe accommodation to Service Users.
