Autism Support Worker | Chesterfield | Days | £15.00
12-48 hours per week available + additional overtime.
We are looking for experienced and talented support workers to work alongside a young male adult diagnosed with autism. This individual requires support to promote independence, teach life skills, access the community, develop social interests, and support with personal care. Ideally, this role would suit an applicant with experience/training in the following: LD, Autism and Challenging Behaviour (however training will be provided). The applicant must exhibit a kind and patient disposition, and be motivated to make a difference to this young adult's life.
Situated: Chesterfield
Shifts:
Days: 07:00 - 19:00 £15ph
Waking Nights: 19:00 - 07:00 £15ph
(You will be integrated into an established team, we can provide hours from 6-40+ hours per week, you will be required to work a minimum of two weekends a month)

Tordan Healthcare Essential Requirements:
- Minimum 1 years’ experience within the Health & Social Care sector (preferred)
- Experience of providing complex care (e.g. Autism, Challenging Behaviour.)
- Content on working alternate weekends
