We are a privately owned long established company offering a full range of non-surgical and surgical anti ageing skin treatments. We are looking for a Saturday receptionist to join the team. The job will be based at our Harley street and occasional putney clinics. The position will be every Saturday but other shifts will also be available subject to rota requirements
The right person will need to be able to offer:
- Min 3 years’ reception work experience
- Have a keen interest in health and skin care
- Past medical reception experience - Essential
- Be super organised and able to plan ahead
- Proactive rather than reactive
- Be well presented
- Interact with clients and be able to cope under pressure multi- tasking
- Have an excellent telephone manner
- A team player
- Can work on their own as well as in a group
- Computer literate and proficient in word, excel, outlook and database packages
- Be comfortable to manage the occasional difficult client
- Be able to cope under pressure and self motivate when required.
- Adhere to company policy and guidelines at all times.
- Good written and spoken English essential
- Full working UK visa
The daily tasks will involve – setting up the clinic environment, meeting and greeting clients, checking and processing payments, booking clients in for appointments, client invoicing, answering the phone, processing client enquiry emails, filing and other admin duties. The right person will work closely with other receptionists, The Operations Manager and also accounts department.
SALARY IS ON A HOURLY RATE
