Preferred previous public sector or NHS experience
Degree qualified would be preferential
We are pleased to be working with this public sector organisation who is looking for support within one of their key departments:
Administrative Support
- Provide comprehensive admin support to social workers and team managers.
- Prepare and format documents including reports, letters, meeting minutes, and care plans.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records on the case management system (e.g.Mosaic).
- Upload and manage documents in line with data protection and confidentiality policies.
Meeting Coordination
- Organise statutory meetings
- Book rooms, send invites, prepare agendas, and distribute minutes promptly.
Communication & Liaison
- Act as a first point of contact for internal and external enquiries (from social workers, carers, other professionals).
- Liaise with health professionals, independent reviewing officers, and foster carers.
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
Data Management & Reporting
- Update tracking spreadsheets and databases.
- Assist in preparing information for panels and funding requests.
Finance & Resource Support
- Process payments and purchase orders
- Manage travel bookings, accommodation, and interpreter arrangements
- Support the management of personal allowances and ensure accurate records are kept.
Compliance & Quality Assurance
- Ensure all documentation and statutory requirements are recorded and filed appropriately.
- Assist in audits and ensure data is compliant with GDPR and safeguarding protocols.
Pay: Up to £14.53 per hour
Experience:
- Microsoft Office: 2 years (required)
