We are looking for a proactive and reliable Contract supervisor to assist in the day-to-day management and smooth running of cleaning contracts. *Driving licence essential for this role*
This is a hands-on role that involves supporting operational activities, maintaining high cleaning standards, and assisting with staff and client requirements where needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the management of cleaning contracts across multiple sites
- Undertaking regular cleaning audits and quality checks
- Assisting with staffing issues and day-to-day team support
- Providing cover cleaning duties when required
- Helping ensure contracts run smoothly and efficiently
- Supporting compliance with health & safety and hygiene standards
- Liaising with supervisors, staff, and clients professionally
- Assisting with stock checks and cleaning supplies where required
- Reporting to Divisional Manager

Requirements
- Previous experience within the cleaning industry preferred
- Good organisational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexible and willing to undertake hands-on cleaning duties when required
- Reliable, professional, and proactive approach
- Full driving licence essential
