About the Role
Upright Estates Ltd is looking for a reliable and hardworking Commercial Cleaner to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone seeking part-time work with the potential for significant growth in hours and responsibility as the site develops.
The position will initially be 2 days per week at 2 hours per day, with the expectation that both the hours and working days will increase as the contract expands.
Flexible start times are available between 8:00am and 10:00am, making this role ideal for someone seeking work that can fit around other commitments.
Duties Include
- Cleaning offices, welfare facilities, toilets and communal areas
- Vacuuming, mopping and dusting
- Emptying bins and replenishing consumables
- Maintaining high cleaning standards at all times
- Reporting any site issues to management
Requirements
- Previous cleaning experience preferred but not essential
- Must be reliable, punctual and able to work independently
- Good communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Own vehicle and driving licence are essential
