Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Field Supervisor to oversee operations within our senior care services. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for providing high-quality care to our clients. This role involves supervising care staff, ensuring compliance with care plans, and maintaining effective communication with both clients and team members.
Duties
- Supervise and support care staff in delivering exceptional senior care services.
- Ensure that all care plans are followed accurately and updated as necessary.
- Conduct regular assessments of client needs and adjust care plans accordingly.
- Provide training and guidance to new staff members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Maintain clear and open communication with clients, families, and team members to ensure satisfaction with services provided.
- Drive to various locations as required to oversee operations and meet with clients.
- Collaborate with management to implement policies and procedures that enhance service delivery.
Skills
- Proven experience in supervising staff within a care home or similar environment.
- Strong leadership abilities, capable of motivating and guiding a team effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage with clients, families, and colleagues.
- Familiarity with developing and implementing care plans tailored to individual client needs.
- Proficient IT skills for maintaining records, reporting, and communication purposes.
