Sales & Lettings Negotiator
Location: Leamington Spa
Salary: £27,000 Basic Salary | OTE £35,000+

Key Responsibilities
- Register and qualify prospective buyers and tenants.
- Arrange and conduct property viewings.
- Negotiate offers and tenancy agreements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, landlords, buyers and tenants.
- Generate new business opportunities and support business growth.
- Progress sales and lettings transactions through to completion.
- Keep CRM systems up to date and maintain accurate records.
- Deliver exceptional customer service at every stage of the property journey.
About You
- Previous experience in estate agency, sales, or lettings
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Target-driven with a proactive and positive attitude.
- Well-presented and professional.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle preferred.
