Job description
岗位职责：
Assisting patients to complete each medical treatment.
走动式接待服务，协助客户顺利完成就诊流程。
Maintaining customer satisfaction during the visit.
维持客户就诊满意度。
Assisting in filling out relevant medical Information. (Recording vital signs, taking pre and postoperative photos, signing consent forms, etc.).
协助填写就诊相关资料（记录关键信息、术前术后照片、同意书等）。
Facilitating communication between patients and medical staff. English translating skill is necessary.
辅佐客户与医护人员间相关沟通工作，需英文流利。
Job Requirements:
任职要求:
Business professional level in English and Mandarin.
中英文需具备流利交流的水准。
Positive attitude and image. Has a strong affinity, the certain service awareness, excellent learning ability, independent work ability, and teamwork spirit.
形象良好，亲和力强，有较强的服务意识，具有良好的学习能力、独立工作能力及团队合作精神。
Possess customer communication skills and the ability to handle unexpected issues.
具备客户沟通技巧以及突发问题的处理能力。
Eligible to work legally in the United Kingdom.
能在英国合法工作。
Candidates shall be available to work on weekends
