Technical Cleaner
The candidate will be expected to work closely with the Production Team Leaders and Technical operators to take apart and clean the tablet presses / capsule fillers - helping to keep us running hygienically and efficiently.
We are a dusty site that needs an enthusiastic and determined cleaning team to keep us looking our best.
Shift patterns Is 2pm to 10:30pm
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Take apart and clean any tablet presses and capsules pressers
- Ensure all company policies and procedures are adhered to
- Maintain a safe working environment and ensure health and safety practices are followed
- Maintain company GMP and a food safe working environment
- Assist in other areas of the business when required
- Maintain quality standards by following company procedures and handing materials and equipment safely to prevent damage
- Utilise PPE as directed to ensure personal and product safety
- Ensure cleanroom floors, walls, windows and surfaces are kept clean.
- Reporting any damaged equipment and facilities to your line manager
Requirements
- Previous experience cleaning in commercial environments such as factories, hotels or pubs.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards.
- Ability to work independently and proactively improve cleanliness day to day.
- Willingness to follow strict hygiene and safety procedures.
- Conscientious, reliable and able to work as part of the production team.
