Jeffries Casino is looking for a reliable and friendly Night Shift Customer Service Assistant to join our team.
Duties will include welcoming customers, maintaining a clean and safe environment, serving complimentary refreshments, monitoring gaming areas, handling basic cash transactions, and providing excellent customer service throughout the night.
The ideal candidate will be confident working independently, have good communication skills, and be comfortable working in a customer-facing role. Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, or the gaming industry is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.
