The successful candidate will take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of a busy sales branch, driving performance, developing staff, and continuing to grow market share within the local area.
The Role:
As Senior Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Leading and managing a successful residential sales branch
- Driving new business generation and increasing market share
- Winning instructions and securing property listings
- Motivating, mentoring, and developing a team of negotiators
- Delivering exceptional customer service throughout the sales journey
- Monitoring branch performance against targets and KPIs
- Building strong relationships with vendors, buyers, and local stakeholders
- Ensuring the branch operates efficiently and professionally at all times
What They’re Looking For:
The ideal candidate will have:
- A minimum of 10 years’ estate agency experience
- Previous experience managing and running a successful branch
- A proven track record in winning instructions and generating new business
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent negotiation and closing abilities
- Outstanding organisational and communication skills
- A driven, self-motivated, and target-focused approach
- The ability to work independently and lead from the front
- A professional and positive attitude with a strong work ethic
