Celtic Care Services Ltd is currently looking for caring, compassionate and reliable Community Care Workers to join our growing team based in Chippenham.
This year Celtic Care is proudly celebrating 25 years of supporting people in our local communities, helping individuals live independently and safely in their own homes. As our services continue to grow, we are looking for dedicated people who want to make a real difference in people’s lives.
Areas We Cover
Our care workers support customers across:
- Chippenham
- Corsham
- Malmesbury
- Devizes
- Calne
- Melksham
- Trowbridge
- Bradford-on-Avon
- Surrounding towns and villages
You will be visiting customers in their homes, providing support, companionship and personal care that enables them to remain independent.
Pay and Benefits
We believe our care workers should be recognised and rewarded for the important work they do.
- £13.80 per hour (weekdays)
- £15.00 per hour (weekends)
- Bank Holidays - rates paid at Time and a Half
- Paid travel time
- 45p per mile mileage allowance

What the Role Involves
As a Community Care Worker, you will support customers with:
- Personal care
- Medication support
- Meal preparation
- Companionship and emotional support
- Helping customers remain independent in their own homes
- Supporting with daily tasks and routines
No two days are the same, and the role is incredibly rewarding.
Hours Available
We are currently recruiting for:
- Full-time positions
- Part-time positions
Applicants must be available to work alternate weekends as part of the role.
