We are recruiting a Multi‑Trade Plumber to work with a large social housing provider, carrying out reactive maintenance in occupied properties across Leicestershire, Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire. This is a full‑time temporary position with the potential to become permanent for the right person.
Your new role
- Completing day‑to‑day plumbing repairs in occupied homes

Carrying out multi‑trade tasks where required (basic joinery, tiling, patch plastering, etc.)

Providing excellent customer service while working in tenants' homes

Ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard

Managing workload effectively to meet response times
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven experience as a multi‑trade plumber

NVQ or City & Guilds qualification desirable
- Strong background in reactive maintenance

Ability to work professionally in occupied properties

Own van preferred, although a company van may be available

Full UK driving licence
What you'll get in return
- Up to £26 per hour

37 hours per week, Monday to Friday
