What you’ll be doing
- Carrying out servicing, maintenance, and complex mechanical repairs to manufacturer standards
- Performing diagnostics and fault‑finding using the latest dealer-level equipment
- Completing warranty work in line with brand guidelines
- Ensuring high levels of workmanship and professionalism
- Working as part of a team to meet workshop targets and maintain outstanding customer satisfaction
What’s needed
- Level 3 Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair qualification (or equivalent)
- Proven experience working within a main dealer or high‑quality independent workshop
- Good technical aptitude and problem‑solving abilities
- A focus on quality, efficiency, and first‑time fix accuracy
- Full UK driving licence

- Competitive basic salary £32,000 – £38,000, depending on experience
- OTE up to between £42,000 – £48,000, depending on performance and experience
