Duties
- Perform a wide range of beauty treatments including manicures, pedicures, nail enhancements, and specialised skincare services
- Deliver exceptional customer service by understanding client needs and providing tailored advice and recommendations
- Maintain a clean and hygienic work environment in accordance with health and safety regulations
- Keep up-to-date with the latest beauty trends, techniques, and products to ensure the highest standards of service
- Manage appointment schedules efficiently to optimise client flow and minimise wait times
- Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and positive reviews
- Assist in product sales by educating clients on suitable skincare or nail products
Experience
- Proven experience as a Beauty Therapist and Nail Technician with a recognised qualification in beauty therapy
- Demonstrable expertise in waxing, nail artistry, and skincare treatments
- Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to engage confidently with clients from diverse backgrounds
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional approach
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- A passion for ongoing learning within the beauty industry to enhance skills and knowledge
