An outstanding college in Birmingham is looking for a passionate Graduate Progress Tutor to join their team for the 2026/27 academic year.
This is an excellent opportunity to work closely with students, support their personal development, and become part leading UK wide graduate careers programme.

Your role will include:
- Delivering engaging group sessions and 1:1 tutorials focused on personal development, wellbeing, and life skills
- Supporting students with pastoral, safeguarding, attendance, and mental health concerns
- Monitoring student progress and helping young people reach their academic potential
- Working collaboratively with staff, students, parents and carers to support the personal and social growth of the learners by providing guidance, time management, and organisational assistance for their studies.
- Help to create a positive and productive learning environment.
- Ensuring all learners feel valued and included in the classroom.
Who we’re looking for:
- A recent graduate boasting a 2:1 or above degree along with a passion for education and student support
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Have high expectations of teaching and learning.
- Ability to relate well to students and adults.
- Graduates considering careers in teaching, educational psychology, counselling, social work, or youth services are especially encouraged to apply
