Role: Multi Skilled Fabric/Mechanical Engineer
Hours: 40 hrs/week

We're looking for a Multi Skilled Engineer with Mechanical & Fabric experience who will deliver excellent service standards, while meeting SLA agreements and adhering to maintenance schedules.
Role Responsibilities:
- Undertake maintenance and reactive activity, to a wide range of Mechanical Building Services equipment including but not limited to heating boilers, pumps, compressed air systems, sanitary ware, fan coil and air handling units and BMS systems and other equipment found in modern commercial/industrial premises.
- Undertake within your levels of competency inspection and reactive activity to a wide range of mechanical maintenance.
- Deliver building fabric maintenance and repairs including plumbing, heating systems, tiling, flooring, painting, and patch works.Carry out minor mechanical/electrical repairs and planned preventative maintenance (PPMs).
- Maintain inspection logs, remedial reports, and communicate updates to clients.
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety standards and maintain equipment condition & use of IT systems (Handheld device) as part of the CAFM system.
What we're looking for:
- HND or NVQ or equivalent in a relevant subject.
- Demonstratable experience in mechanical and fabric role.
- Strong communication skills and IT literacy for task recording and updates.
- Must be able to obtain SC clearance.
