Multi Trades Recruitment is looking for a Plasterer to begin work for a well-established Facilities Management company based in Derry.
About the role:
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, standard working hours
- Pay Rate: Up to £18.00 per hour (depending on experience)
- Company Van & Fuel Card Provided

- Temporary to Permanent Opportunity
Brief Role Description:
We are seeking an experienced Plasterer to join a busy maintenance team carrying out works across a range of residential and commercial properties.
Duties will include:
- Patch plastering and full room plastering
- Skimming walls and ceilings
- Rendering and making good after repairs
- Repairing damaged plasterwork in occupied and void properties
- Preparing surfaces prior to plastering
- Carrying out reactive and planned maintenance works
- Working alongside other trades to complete refurbishment projects
- Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
- Completing job sheets and relevant documentation

About You:
- High work ethic & team player
- Punctual & reliable
- Must be a time served or experienced Plasterer
- Previous experience within maintenance, repairs, social housing, or facilities management preferred
- Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
- Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
- Full UK Driving Licence essential
- CSCS card advantageous but not essential
