We are looking to recruit a talented Head Chef with a vast experience in Mediterranean cuisine.
The successful candidate has to have experience working in a fast-paced kitchen with fresh luxury products, have passion developing seasonal menus with weekly specials and have perfect eye for detail. Level 3 Food Safety Certificate is required.
Main responsibilities include:
- Serve highest standard of food at all times
- Develop and motivate a strong team
- Ensure all team is fully trained in and compliant to the H&S policies
- Be in control of all aspects of running Day to Day kitchen operation
- Creating Food Specs
- Stock control minimising wastage
- Menu costing
- Labour control
