We have an exciting Duty Manager role available for an ambitious individual with a proven track record to become part of the Team at our brand-new flagship club in London zone 2.
A confidential opportunity has arisen in the Team due to internal promotions. The role will provide not only an outstanding pay and bonus structure, but also the chance to progress within our growing organisation.

As the club has recently opened, the role offers the opportunity to earn a generous performance-based bonus, linked to achieving agreed membership and revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting the ongoing growth and success of the club
- Developing and delivering sales plans aligned with strategic business objectives
- Delivering first-class service to our members
- Managing day-to-day operational tasks within the club
- Supporting the fitness function, from group exercise to personal training
- Acting as a brand ambassador within the club at all times
- Leading by example with integrity and professionalism

Your Commitment
These are full-time roles, working 5 days per week. Shift patterns include mornings, evenings, and some weekends (1 in 4), as standard within the leisure industry.
