Mary Rush Care are looking for 2 dedicated Waking Night Support Workers to join our friendly team at Marleyfield, our welcoming supported living service.
This is a rewarding opportunity to support adults to live independently, safely and comfortably within their own home environment while providing reassurance and care throughout the night.
Rate of Pay: £12.44 per hour

What you’ll be doing:
Providing overnight support and reassurance to residents- Promoting independence and dignity at all times
- Supporting with emotional wellbeing and night routines
- Completing light household duties and accurate record keeping
- Responding calmly and professionally to any support needs during the night
- Working as part of a friendly and supportive care team
What we’re looking for:
A positive and caring attitude- Reliability and good communication skills
- Someone calm, patient and compassionate
- Previous care experience is beneficial but not essential as full training can be provided
- A genuine passion for helping others
