Palm2Palm is a trusted care provider with our head office based at 594 Green Lanes, Palmers Green. We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Female Care Workers to provide exceptional support and assistance to individuals in various care settings, including supported living and home care environments in Enfield and surrounding areas. The successful candidate will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for clients by delivering personalised care tailored to their specific needs. Duties
- Assist clients with daily activities such as personal hygiene, dressing, and mobility
- Support patients with medication administration and health monitoring in accordance with care plans
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as required
- Engage clients in meaningful activities to promote mental and emotional well-being
- Manage behaviour effectively through compassionate approaches and behaviour management techniques
- Assist with light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment
- Respond promptly to emergencies using first aid skills when required
- Document care provided accurately and report any concerns to senior staff

Skills
- Proven experience in assisted living, nursing home, or home care environments
- Strong knowledge of patient care, dementia, Alzheimer's
- Excellent caregiving skills with a focus on compassion and patience
- Competence in medication administration and basic first aid procedures
- Good organisational skills for meal preparation and activity planning
- Effective behaviour management techniques for diverse client needs
- Valid driving licence for transportation duties
- Reliable, empathetic, and able to work independently or as part of a team
