- Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capability

- Willingness to travel internationally and work flexibly beyond standard hours

The Role
As a Strategic Partnership Lead, you will manage and grow key customer relationships, ensuring high performance across complex logistics networks. This is a hybrid player-manager role, combining hands-on account management with team leadership responsibilities.
You’ll work closely with internal teams and customers to deliver data-driven solutions, resolve issues, and continuously improve service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key strategic clients
- Act as the main point of contact for customer needs and escalations
- Analyse large datasets to identify issues and deliver actionable solutions
- Create and present reports that simplify complex logistics data
- Oversee Partnership Administrators to ensure accurate account handling
- Implement structured account reviews and continuous improvement plans
- Support customer initiatives (e.g. RFQs, sustainability goals)
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure service excellence
- Manage team performance, including appraisals and development
