Service Advisor – Bristol
Salary: £30,000 – £36,000 (DOE) + Bonus
Location: Bristol
Hours: Full-time, Monday–Friday + Saturdays (rota)
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Service Advisor to join a busy dealership in Bristol. You will act as the key link between customers and the workshop, ensuring a smooth and professional aftersales experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcoming customers and booking vehicles in for servicing, repairs, and MOTs
- Accurately recording vehicle details and customer requirements
- Liaising with the workshop and technicians to track vehicle progress
- Keeping customers updated throughout the day
- Upselling additional work, services, and products where appropriate
- Providing clear and accurate cost estimates
- Handling customer queries and resolving any issues efficiently
- Processing invoices, payments, and job cards
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor (motor trade essential)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Confident upselling and working towards targets
- Highly organised with good attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Full UK driving licence
