Gan weithio'n agos gyda'r Rheolwr Gwerthiant a Datblygu Busnes, byddwch yn:

- Monitro gwerthiannau a lefelau stoc er mwyn sicrhau cyflenwad priodol o gynhyrchion.
- Darparu gwasanaeth cwsmer rhagorol drwy ymateb i ymholiadau a phrosesu gwerthiannau mewn modd proffesiynol ac effeithlon.
- Cefnogi ac ysgogi'r tîm i gyflawni safonau uchel o wasanaeth a chynhyrchiant.

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Centre Manager to join our team. This is a rewarding opportunity to play a key role in ensuring people with learning disabilities have meaningful opportunities to live, learn and work within their local community.
About the Role
As Centre Manager, you will support the day-to-day running of the Centre, helping to create a welcoming, inclusive and productive environment for everyone.
Working closely with the Sales and business Manager, you will:
· Support people with learning disabilities to develop their skills and confidence through meaningful work opportunities.
· Coordinate the daily workflow of the Centre by allocating tasks and ensuring work is completed efficiently.
· Monitor sales and stock levels to maintain an appropriate supply of products.
· Deliver excellent customer service by responding to enquiries and processing sales professionally and efficiently.
· Support and motivate the team to achieve high standards of service and productivity.
· Promote an inclusive, safe and positive working environment.
About You
We are looking for someone who:
· Has experience supervising or coordinating a team.
· Has excellent communication and organisational skills.
· Enjoys working with people and is committed to promoting inclusion and independence.
· Can manage competing priorities in a busy environment.
· Has good customer service and sales experience.
· Is proactive, flexible and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
Experience of working with people with learning disabilities is desirable but not essential. Most importantly, you'll share our values of respect, dignity and inclusion.
