The Role
We are looking for an organised and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Administrator to support our compliance and quality management processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support for QA-related documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Handle general office duties, including answering phones, managing emails, and organizing filing systems.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations for customers
- Support the implementation of internal audits, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and safety throughout the organisation.
- Track and issue internal corrective actions and quality improvements.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant, office assistant, or in a similar role.
- Familiarity with QA processes or a willingness to learn industry-specific standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative to identify and resolve issues.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
