Vickerstock are delighted to be working in partnership with their client, a food manufacturing company in Cookstown on the appointment of QA Assistant to join their Quality team.
You will support the Technical Manager in day-to-day quality checks to ensure products meet food safety and company standards.
Key duties:
· Carry out routine quality checks during production
· Monitor food safety, hygiene, and GMP compliance
· Complete QA documentation accurately and on time
· Support internal audits and site inspections
· Report and help investigate any non-conformances
· Work closely with production teams to maintain standards
What we’re looking for:
· Experience in food manufacturing or QA
· Strong attention to detail
· Good communication and teamwork skills
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
· Food hygiene/HACCP knowledge beneficial
