We’re looking for a reliable, hardworking and food-passionate kitchen team member to help us continue building one of Brighton’s best pub food offerings.
The Role
- Prep work, sides, sauces & garnishes
- Plating dishes to spec with consistency
- Griddle, bain-marie & fryer work
- Labelling, stock rotation & fridge organisation
- Cleaning, hygiene & food safety duties
- Stock counts & kitchen organisation
- Supporting service in a small, friendly team
What We’re Looking For
- Previous kitchen experience preferred
- Reliable, organised & clean working habits
- Good presentation and attention to detail
- Comfortable working evenings & weekends
- Food Safety Level 2/3 preferred
What We Offer
- £14 per hour starting pay (increases with general job retention & reliability)
- 25–35 flexible hours per week

Kitchen Hours
- Mon & Tues: Closed
- Weds & Thurs: 5pm–9pm
- Fri: 2pm–9pm
- Sat: 1pm–9pm
- Sun: 12pm–5pm
