I'm currently recruiting for a Fabricator / Welder Team Leader to join a busy manufacturing business based in Cookstown.
This is a great opportunity for someone with fabrication, welding or production experience who is ready to step into a leadership role, or someone already leading a small team.
The role will involve:

Supporting the day-to-day running of a production team

Helping organise workload and priorities
-
Supporting quality, safety and production targets
-
Working closely with supervisors and other departments
-
Helping solve issues on the shop floor
-
Encouraging good housekeeping and safe working practices
-
Supporting continuous improvement
The ideal candidate will have:
-
Experience in fabrication, welding, steelwork, production or manufacturing
-
Previous team leader or supervisory experience would be ideal
-
Good communication skills
-
Strong attention to detail
-
Good problem-solving ability
-
A hands-on and positive attitude
-
Good health and safety awareness
This would suit a Team Leader, Supervisor, Senior Fabricator, Senior Welder/Fabricator or someone ready to take the next step.
Pay: Competitive, depending on experience
