Compliance Administrator Job Description
This role is to provide administrative support for aspects of Compliance including, but not limited to, Health & Safety and Vehicle Compliance.
Full training will be provided, although previous knowledge in Transport or Health & Safety would be beneficial.
Duties to include, but are not limited to:
· Assist with processing of invoices, insurance claims, event reports and other similar items.
· Preparation of various weekly & monthly reports for the UK H&S and Compliance Manager.
· Digital filing of paperwork.
· Aid with updating, and the communication of, accident reports, training records, risk assessments, driver memos & policies and procedures.
· Fire Marshal duties including weekly call point checks.
· Liaising with external providers and other KRL branches to ensure statutory bookings are carried out when due.
· Support the UK H&S and Compliance Manager with the transition to a wholly in-house Compliance management system.
Skills
· Have a good understanding Microsoft Office, in particular Excel, Teams and Sharepoint.
· Confidence in using online systems.
· Good communication skills.
· Good organisational skills.
· Able to work well both as part of a team, and independently.
Monday-Friday, hours will be discussed with you during interview.
