Bar Staff (Zero Hours Contract)
Location: Triscombe, Somerset (on-site role)

Overview of the Role
We are seeking friendly and reliable bar staff (18+) to support our rural venue on a zero-hours basis.
This is a flexible role with no guaranteed hours, providing cover for busy periods, evenings, weekends, and events. You will help deliver a welcoming and efficient service to guests in both day-to-day bar service and event settings.
Key Responsibilities
Bar & Service Support
- Serve drinks and provide friendly customer service
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of bar and service areas
- Handle payments accurately and assist with restocking
- Assist with events such as live music and private functions
- Support setup, service, and breakdown
- Follow licensing laws and maintain hygiene standards
- Support general bar operations as required
Person Specification
Essential
- 18+ (licensing requirement)
- Friendly, reliable, and flexible
- Able to work evenings/weekends
- Local or able to travel to Triscombe reliably
Preferred
- Previous bar or hospitality experience
