Title: Senior Administrator (Operations, Compliance & Customer Support)
Location: Office-based (Romsley, UK)

Role Overview
BetPro IQ is seeking a highly organised and commercially aware Senior Administrator to work closely with the founders in building and scaling the company’s operational backbone.
This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you will not only manage day-to-day administrative and customer processes, but also help design and implement core functions across:
· Finance
· Customer Support
· Safer Gambling
· AML / CDD / EDD compliance
· Reporting & operational controls
You will play a key role in helping BetPro IQ grow in a compliant, structured, and scalable way, aligned with UK regulatory expectations.
Key Responsibilities
Operations & Administration
· Build and manage core administrative processes across the business
· Support directors with day-to-day operational coordination
· Maintain accurate internal records, logs, and audit trails
· Assist in hiring coordination and onboarding of new team members
· Help develop internal policies, SOPs, and process documentation
Customer Support & Player Interaction
· Support the setup and day-to-day running of the customer support function
· Handle customer queries (email, chat, phone where required)
· Conduct outbound customer calls where necessary (including compliance or safer gambling interactions)
· Ensure high standards of customer experience aligned with regulatory requirements
Safer Gambling & Compliance Support
· Assist in monitoring and managing safer gambling alerts and triggers
· Support customer interactions relating to responsible gambling
· Maintain logs of interventions, restrictions, and customer communications
· Assist in affordability checks and customer reviews
· Work closely with compliance leadership to ensure adherence to UKGC expectations
AML / CDD / EDD (Financial Crime)
· Perform and support Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) checks
· Review customer documentation (ID, source of funds, etc.)
· Monitor and escalate suspicious activity to senior management / MLRO
· Maintain accurate AML records and case files
· Assist in ongoing monitoring of high-risk customers
Reporting & Data Management
Produce daily / weekly internal reports across:
· Finance
· Customer activity
· Safer gambling interactions
· AML / compliance metrics
· Support development of dashboards and reporting frameworks
· Ensure data accuracy and consistency for regulatory reporting
Building & Scaling Functions
Help design and implement:
· Customer support workflows
· Safer gambling processes
· AML procedures
· Support recruitment and training of future team members
· Act as a key operational “bridge” between directors and growing teams
Skills & Experience
Essential:
Previous experience in:
· Operations / compliance-heavy administrative role
· Strong organisational and multitasking skills
· Excellent written and verbal communication (including customer calls)
· Comfortable handling sensitive customer and financial information
· High attention to detail and audit mindset
· Proactive, hands-on attitude with ability to work in a startup environment
Desirable:
Experience with:
· Betting / gaming / fintech / regulated environment OR
· UK Gambling Commission frameworks
· Safer gambling / responsible gambling processes
· AML / KYC tools and systems
Understanding of:
· CDD / EDD / source of funds checks
· Customer risk profiling
· Experience helping build or scale operational teams

· Contribution to hiring and structuring initial operations team

Pay: £16,000.00-£20,000.00 per year
