About the Role:

With your solid understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework and a genuine love for working with children, you’ll inspire curiosity, creativity, and confidence in their formative years.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding care and learning experiences in line with the EYFS framework.
- Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities tailored to each child’s needs.
- Observe, assess, and document children’s development to celebrate progress and inform next steps.
- Build warm and trusting relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
- Maintain a safe, secure, and stimulating environment while upholding safeguarding and health & safety policies.
