Magnus Search are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Warehouse Inbound/Outbound Team Leader to oversee the efficient flow of inventory at our fast-paced "fast-in, fast-out" FBA facility in Coventry.
Position Details

Key Responsibilities
Inbound Operations:
- Leading the timely and accurate unloading of inbound containers.
- Managing the sorting and quality checking of received goods against purchase orders.
- Ensuring all received inventory is recorded promptly within the system.
Outbound Operations:
- Leading the picking, packing, and sorting of orders for dispatch.
- Managing the palletising and staging of outbound shipments.
- Ensuring all outbound shipments are accurately labelled and dispatched on time to meet carrier pickup schedules.
- Monitoring and optimising the outbound flow to ensure on-time fulfillment and meet stringent Amazon SLAs.
Qualifications & Skills Required
- Proven experience (2+ years) as a Warehouse Team Leader.
- Previous experience working within an FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon) environment is highly preferred.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in English.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to thrive under pressure.
