Summary
We are seeking a professional Office Administrator or Office Manager to join our team in our Wellington Office. This role is vital in ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative functions, supporting our bathroom fitting projects, and maintaining excellent communication with clients and suppliers.
Responsibilities
- Key Responsibilities
- * Preparing and sending customer quotations
- * Raising and managing invoices
- * Liaising with letting agents and property managers
- * Booking jobs and scheduling works
- * Answering customer telephone enquiries
- * Managing and responding to emails
- * Assisting with engineers’ and staff diaries
- * Maintaining accurate customer and job records
- * Supporting the day-to-day running of the office
- * Assisting with administrative and accounts-related tasks
- Requirements
- * Excellent computer skills and confidence using Microsoft Office and email systems
- * Strong English language, spelling, and grammar skills
- * Professional and friendly telephone manner
- * Good organisational and time-management abilities
- * Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- * A proactive attitude and willingness to help the business progress
- * Previous experience in an office administration or office management role preferred
- * Experience using accounts software would be beneficial, although full training will be provided
- * Knowledge of the plumbing and heating industry would be an advantage but is not essential
