About the Role:
We’re seeking reliable and professional Door Supervisors to join our Chelmsford team for a range of events. From music concerts to sporting events you’ll play a vital role in ensuring events are enjoyable and safe for all.
Requirements:
- A valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence (essential)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities:
- Carrying out searches and monitoring entry points
- Managing crowds and helping to maintain a safe environment
- Providing excellent customer service and assisting event organisers
- Responding calmly and effectively to incidents when needed
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £45,000.00 per year
