What are we looking for?
We are looking for a mid-level Data Analyst (3+ years) with a strong focus on data quality, controls, and risk mitigation, ideally within regulated environments like banking or finance.
Work Location: 100% Remote ONLY in Spain
Key Responsibilities:
- Designing and implementing data quality checks
- Optimisation of mitigation controls across dataflow
- Support the UAT testing of implemented controls across different teams
- Ensure controls meet documentation and Governance standards
- Produce control outcome dashboards in Power BI
Mandatory Skills
- Rigorous and methodical approach to handling multiple concurrent deliveries
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with stakeholders and management
- Strong logical problem-solving skills, especially for code-related issues
- Ability to analyze and interpret technical data and translate it into actionable insights
- Technical skills:
- SQL (intermediate level)
- Microsoft Power Automate
- Power BI
Nice to Have
- Experience in banking or financial services
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies
