We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Team Leader to join a well-established adult care service supporting individuals with Learning Disabilities and Mental Health needs in the Bedford area.

The Role
As Team Leader, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operation of the service while ensuring the highest standards of care are delivered.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and supporting a team of Support Workers
- Promoting person-centred care and independence
- Supporting service users with Learning Disabilities and Mental Health needs
- Assisting with medication administration and care planning
- Supporting staff development and shift leadership
- Ensuring safeguarding and compliance standards are maintained
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience within Adult Social Care
- Experience supporting individuals with Learning Disabilities and/or Mental Health needs
- Experience as a Senior Support Worker, Shift Leader, or Team Leader
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (preferred)
- A caring, positive, and proactive approach
