We're looking for a Duty Manager to oversee the operations of a busy Health Club & Spa. The successful candidate will have a excellent eye for detail, be passionate about the member and guest journey, and a passion for delivering high standards.
Main Duties:
- Support the smooth running of the day to day operation
- Be a focal point for members, guests and staff
- Ensuring the member and guest journey is of the highest standard at all times
- Ensuring all areas are safe, clean and presentable
- Liaise with other managers where required
- Support all departments and staff throughout the shift
Skills desired:
- Knowledge of a Leisure, Spa or Hotel background
- Ability to work in a vibrant environment
- Excellent presentation and customer service standards
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
