Head Waiter/Waitress Duties
- Be confident to talk guests through our menu offerings
- Take accurate orders and relay them to the kitchen staff efficiently.
- Upsell additional items such as appetisers, desserts, or drinks to enhance the dining experience.
- Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring that all orders are correct and presented beautifully.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
- Leave a lasting impression of excellence to every table
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, including resetting tables for incoming guests.
- Train and mentor waiting staff, providing guidance on service standards, customer interaction, and menu knowledge.
