Key Requirements
- Previous experience supporting children or young people with SEN is beneficial
- A patient, caring, and understanding attitude
- Ability to build strong, positive relationships with pupils, staff, and families
- Effective communication and organisational skills
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
Your Responsibilities
- Deliver one-to-one or small group support tailored to individual student needs
- Work alongside teachers to implement personalised learning strategies and interventions
- Create an inclusive and encouraging classroom environment that boosts confidence and engagement
- Track and report on student progress, providing updates to teaching staff and parents
- Support pupils in developing key social, emotional, and academic skills
