The Role:
We are looking for an experienced Electrical Multi-Skilled Engineer to join our mobile team covering sites across the M25. This is a varied role involving both electrical and mechanical maintenance, including planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive repairs, and fault finding across a range of building systems.
You will be working across commercial environments, maintaining systems such as lighting, HVAC equipment, pumps, and general building services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carrying out PPMs and reactive maintenance across electrical and mechanical systems
- Fault finding and troubleshooting across multiple building systems
- Working on lighting, HVAC equipment, pumps, and general building services
- Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and in line with regulations
- Responding to breakdowns and supporting site operations as required
Requirements:
- Strong electrical background (with basic mechanical knowledge)
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in building maintenance
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
- Commercial building experience preferred
Package & Benefits:

- Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm
