Damada is seeking hardworking and reliable CCDO Demolition Operatives to join our growing demolition division.

You'll work on a variety of demolition and soft strip projects across Scotland and the UK, with opportunities to develop your skills and progress your career.
The Role
Reporting to the Contracts Manager and Site Supervisor, your responsibilities will include:
- Carrying out demolition works in accordance with site-specific Plans of Work and management instructions.
- Undertaking demolition activities safely, efficiently and to the highest professional standards.
- Using hand and power tools appropriate to your level of training and competency.
- Maintaining all issued PPE and RPE, ensuring equipment is kept clean and serviceable.
- Working in compliance with company procedures, health and safety legislation, and site-specific RAMS.
- Assisting with waste management, segregation and maintaining clean, safe working areas.
- Supporting colleagues to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently and on programme.
- Undertaking additional duties as required to support the successful delivery of projects.
What We're Looking For
Essential
- Valid CCDO Demolition Operative Card.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Good understanding of construction site health and safety.
- Reliable, motivated and able to work as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel and work away from home when required.
- Applicants must have the legal right to work in the UK. Proof of eligibility will be required before employment commences.
