NLA Care is looking for an experienced, caring, and motivated Senior Carer / to join our friendly and dedicated team.

About the Role
As a Senior Carer, you will support the Registered Manager in the day-to-day running of our domiciliary care service. You will help coordinate care, support staff, carry out quality checks, and ensure our service users receive the highest standard of care.
This role combines office-based coordination with community-based support and leadership.
What You'll Be Doing
✔ Supporting and mentoring care staff ✔ Conducting spot checks ✔ Assisting with care planning and reviews ✔ Monitoring care delivery and service quality ✔ Supporting rota management and care coordination ✔ Participating in the on-call rota ✔ Working closely with service users, families, and professionals
What We're Looking For
✔ Level 3 Health & Social Care qualification ✔ At least 2 years' domiciliary care experience ✔ Strong leadership and communication skills ✔ A caring, professional, and positive attitude ✔ Full UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle

Running time Paid and Mileage at 40 pence per mile for the first 10000 miles
