About the Role
We are seeking a Brand Marketing professional to lead and execute brand strategy with a strong focus on the China market and digital content ecosystem.
This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, content governance awareness, and hands-on execution. You will be responsible for ensuring brand consistency across channels while adapting to platform-specific policies and audience behaviours.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement overall brand strategy, ensuring consistency across visual identity, content, and communications.
- Plan and execute brand campaigns aligned with China market dynamics and platform requirements, ensuring content compliance and suitability for publication.
- Lead go-to-market strategies for brand/IP initiatives, working closely with Design, Content, and Operations teams to deliver cohesive social media presence.
- Monitor China market trends, competitor activity, and platform developments; provide regular insights and recommendations to optimise brand positioning.
- Support the development and maintenance of brand guidelines, content SOPs, and asset management frameworks.
- Coordinate cross-functional inputs and oversee content direction to ensure alignment with brand strategy.
- Leverage AI tools to support market research, content planning, and data analysis, improving efficiency and output quality.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in brand marketing, digital marketing, or social media roles.
- Demonstrated experience supporting or delivering end-to-end brand or campaign projects.
- Strong understanding of China’s digital and social media ecosystem, including platform dynamics and content governance requirements.
- Experience in entertainment, digital media, or subscription-based content sectors is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills, with the ability to produce structured proposals and reports.
- Strong coordination skills with the ability to work across Design, Content, and Operations teams.
- Data-aware mindset, with the ability to interpret performance metrics and optimise strategies accordingly.
- Familiarity with AI tools (or willingness to adopt them) to enhance productivity.
- Candidates must be based in the UK and available to start promptly.

Pay: £24,420.00-£48,150.15 per year
