We're looking for an organised, commercially minded and customer-focused Regional Manager to join SecuriGroup Systems.
This is a varied role where you'll take ownership of the day-to-day operational delivery of the business, ensuring our office functions run efficiently while maintaining exceptional service for our clients. Working closely with the Engineering Operations Manager, you'll act as the key link between clients, engineers, suppliers and senior management, helping to deliver installation projects, planned maintenance contracts and reactive service works.

What You'll Be Doing
Operational Management
- Lead the daily running of the office and oversee a team of two Helpdesk Coordinators.
- Ensure reactive service calls, planned preventative maintenance (PPM) visits and installation works are scheduled efficiently.
- Coordinate engineer workloads alongside the Engineering Operations Manager through weekly planning meetings.
- Monitor job progress, ensuring work is completed on time and closed correctly.
- Maintain operational records, customer databases and compliance documentation.
- Oversee procurement of equipment and materials, liaising with suppliers and subcontractors.
- Support HR administration, including onboarding and holiday records.
- Produce operational reports and monitor key performance indicators.
Client Relationship Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for key clients.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues professionally.
- Manage contract renewals and coordinate client meetings where required.
- Ensure consistently high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Investigate complaints and implement effective solutions.
Fire & Security Administration
- Support compliance with industry standards and accreditation requirements.
- Maintain documentation relating to fire alarms, CCTV, access control and intruder alarm systems.
- Assist with BAFE and SSAIB compliance activities.
Financial & Commercial Support
- Process customer orders and support invoicing activities.
- Monitor contract performance and profitability.
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting.
- Chase outstanding purchase orders where required.
Compliance & Quality
- Maintain ISO, BAFE and SSAIB documentation where applicable.
- Support internal and external audits.
- Monitor Health & Safety documentation.
- Ensure company procedures are consistently followed.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who has:
- Previous experience in an Operations, Office or Regional Management role.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent customer service and relationship management experience.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook and Word.
- Experience using CRM or job management software.
- Excellent attention to detail and commercial awareness.
- The ability to work independently while leading a small team.
- A full UK Driving Licence.
Desirable Experience
It would be advantageous if you have:
- Experience within the Fire & Security industry.
- Knowledge of fire alarm systems, CCTV, intruder alarms or access control.
- Experience using service scheduling software.
- Experience working within BAFE, SSAIB or NSI accredited businesses.
- Understanding of planned preventative maintenance (PPM) contracts.
