Job Summary
Vox Karaoke Cocktail Bar is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Server to join our vibrant team. In this role, you’ll help create exceptional dining and entertainment experiences for our guests. If you’re friendly, energetic, and passionate about great service, we’d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests and provide detailed information on dishes, drinks, and dietary options.
- Deliver food and beverages to guest rooms with exceptional presentation and service standards.
- Monitor guest areas to anticipate needs and respond promptly to requests.
- Maintain clean, organised rooms and prepare spaces for groups and special events.
- Handle guest concerns professionally and efficiently.
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth service operations.
- Follow all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Assist in training new team members when required.
What We’re Looking For
- Must be 18+
- Previous experience as a server or in customer service is preferred but not essential
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Friendly, approachable, and professional attitude
- Ability to stay calm in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organisation
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene
- Positive, team-oriented mindset
