Service, maintain and repair Chillers & Airconditioning Systems. Be involved with the planned maintenance, reactive and minor works services including Split & VRV air conditioning systems, CRAC Units, Fan Coil Units and Air Handling Units. Have a good working knowledge of the requirements of related Health Building Notes, Health Technical Memorandums, FGAS and any other relevant legislation and statutory compliance. Able to undertake fault finding on complex and critical systems, utilising cause and effect analysis, manufacturers literature, drawings and schematics to gain a solution.
The Ideal Candidate Will:
Be F Gas certified
Have plentiful experience 8-10 Years +
Be experienced in Air Conditioning & Chiller maintenance, repairs & diagnostics.
Hold a full UK driving license
