PURPOSE & IMPACT:
This role sits in the Commercial Centre of Expertise and is focussed on actively enabling our markets to deliver better plans to their retailers, across two key disciplines.
Category Development is a key function in Nomad Foods, and is identified on the Flywheel as a key lever of growth plans to Win with Retailers. The core Category Development focus of this role is to work with the Group Head of Category Development to drive the OneNomad Category Vision with markets.
Shopper Activation also features as part of our guiding Flywheel, to Win with Shoppers. The Shopper Execution element of this role is to guide markets to improve their plans using OneNomad principles, best practice and shared learnings.
The main expectations for this person are to:

Be able to prioritise tasks and manage workload effectively.

Be able to facilitate and communicate with a high number of in-market stakeholders

Be effective at working cross-functionally within Group Commercial and other central function

Be focussed on Category Development and Shopper Activation strategy and have a capability driven mindset across both disciplines
Have experience of Shopper Activation and best practices, and be able to see the potential of unlocking Category Development at the point of purchase with Shoppers.
